an essential part of a Disaster Recovery programme. Those
back-ups need to be in a separate location to the computer

A2. Formsafe will collect your tapes on a regular
basis to suit your back-up routines and at the same time deliver
back those tapes you are going to overwrite. Our uniformed
staff deliver and collect to many installations in London
and the South East and are trained in the handling of computer

A4. Yes. Formsafe provide a 24/7/365 service so that
should your system suffer a disaster you can access your back-ups
at any time. Out of hours service is accessed via an emergency
telephone service and a premium charge is made but this is
a small price to pay for the peace of mind that comes from
knowing that whatever happens your data is protected.
