When you are ready to archive your files off-site, Formsafe
provides storage boxes for you to fill. We can also supply
pre-numbered labels for you to affix to the outside of the
boxes. These numbers are your key to the contents
of the boxes. Simply fill the box, keeping a note of the contents
and box numbers and when convenient contact
Formsafe and we will collect the boxes and return them to
our secure storage facility.
Next day, you can access our system via our ARCHIVE+PLUS
service, call up the box reference to confirm it is
safely in store and then input the contents of the box directly
into the system. For future reference you then
have access to the box number and you can confirm its contents
before recalling it. In this way all
records are maintained within the system thus overcoming the
problems caused by staff turnover, lost records,
incorrect labelling etc.
